Walk in with the right questions.

A consultation is short and the decisions that follow are not. Arriving with a written list, and leaving with written answers, is the simplest way to compare clinics fairly. These are the questions we help visitors prepare.

Before you go

What to bring to the consultation.

Preparation is mostly about having the facts of your own case at hand.

  • Your goal, in your own words, and what you would like to change.
  • Photos, if the clinic requested them, taken as instructed.
  • Medications, supplements and allergies, written down.
  • Previous treatments and their approximate dates.
  • Your questions, printed or on your phone, in your language.
  • Your passport and the payment method the clinic accepts.
The questions

Three groups, one written estimate.

The clinician and the plan

  • Who will perform the treatment, and who else will be present?
  • How often does the clinic treat cases like mine?
  • Which options exist for my goal, and which would you advise against?
  • What could go wrong, and how does the clinic handle it?

The estimate and terms

  • What is included in the estimate, and what is quoted separately?
  • What are the deposit, change and cancellation rules?
  • Is there a revision policy, and what does it cover?

Recovery and follow-up

  • What recovery period do you expect, and when can I travel?
  • Which check-ups are needed, and can any be done remotely?
  • How do I contact the clinic after I return home, and in which language?
After the consultation

Leave with it in writing.

The consultation is only useful later if it is recorded.

  • Ask for the estimate in writing, with inclusions and exclusions listed.
  • Note what the clinician said about options, limits and recovery.
  • Record any deposit, cancellation or revision terms mentioned.
  • Compare clinics on the same questions, not on different ones.
  • Give yourself time before confirming anything.
Useful answers

Questions before you contact us.

Can you ask these questions for me?

Yes, within the agreed scope. We prepare the list with you, request written answers where the clinic can provide them and, where interpretation or accompaniment is included, ask them during the consultation.

Should I ask about prices first?

Ask for a written, itemized estimate at every consultation. It is the only way to compare clinics on the same basis. The clinic sets the price; we make sure the estimate is complete and understood.

Is it acceptable to consult several clinics?

Yes. Clinics expect visitors to compare. Using the same questions at each consultation keeps the comparison fair.

Can VIA SEOUL tell me which clinic is best?

No. We organize appointments, prepare questions and clarify answers. Treatment suitability and clinic choice are decisions you make with the clinicians you consult.
