How many days, in what order.
A clinic trip to Seoul is a schedule before it is anything else. Consultations, decision time, clinic-set follow-ups and the journey home need to fit together. This guide explains how we organize the days, and what only your clinic can determine.

Consultation, then decide
You consult first and may proceed during the same stay if the clinic agrees. The schedule needs decision time after the consultation and depends on what the clinic confirms is possible.
Treatment with an existing booking
The clinic has already set the key dates. The schedule is arranged around the clinic's instructions, check-ups and any period before travel that the clinic requires.
Order and buffers
What we place first, and where the room goes.
Appointments are placed around what the clinic sets, then given room. A schedule with no slack breaks at the first delayed consultation.
- Arrival day kept free of appointments where possible.
- Consultation durations treated as estimates, with travel time between districts added.
- Decision time after consultations, so nothing is agreed in the corridor.
- Clinic-set follow-up checks placed exactly where the clinic asks.
- A spare day before departure, especially when the clinic must confirm you are ready to travel.
Where to stay
Location is a schedule question.
Near the clinic or near transit
Compare the actual journey to each appointment rather than the district name alone. Two clinics in the same district can still be twenty minutes apart.
Check-in and flexibility
Confirm check-in times against your first appointment and prefer flexible cancellation terms while appointments are still provisional.
Companions and recovery
If someone travels with you, or if the clinic sets recovery requirements, the clinic's instructions decide what the accommodation must allow for.

How many days should I stay in Seoul?
For consultations alone, the number of clinics and their availability set the length, and two or three consultations can often fit into two days. If treatment is involved, the clinic's plan and recovery instructions decide the stay.
Can I see several clinics in one day?
Often, subject to availability and travel time. We leave room between appointments and keep one question list so the consultations can be compared.
Do you book hotels and flights?
We plan the schedule around your bookings and advise on location and timing. Whether we arrange bookings on your behalf is confirmed per case.
What if a clinic changes an appointment?
We ask the clinic to confirm the new time, check its effect on the rest of the schedule and update the plan. A change is not confirmed until the clinic accepts it.
